TODDLER MOM MUST HAVES

Parenthood to toddlers has to be one of the hardest things in the world. Parenthood in general, but toddlerhood is an especially, um.. challenging time. They’re SO BUSY. Not only are they learning to walk, talk, dance (and all kinds of other adorable stuff), they’re also learning how to exercise their independence - “MOM I DO IT” - and testing your patience while they’re at it.

While it’s arguably one of the best times of your life (because, let’s face it, our babies still need and want us right now and we secretly love that!), it can be difficult. So I’ve come up with a list of products for all the toddler moms and dads out there who would love to make life with their toddlers just a little bit easier!

JJ Cole Diaper Clutch Bag

Once your little babe hits toddlerhood, the need for a full on diaper bag could become a little less necessary. Normally when I’m out and about, I can survive with snacks in my purse and this handy diapering clutch from JJ Cole! It unfolds into a change pad and has a spot for diapers and wipes right there. TIP: you’ll want to have a wipes container or wipes that open at the top for this!

Tupperware Ideal Lit’l Bowls

Any and ALL Tupperware, to be honest - but these little snack container bowls are PERFECT for snacks on the go, and you can be assured that it at least won’t be the Tupperware’s fault when the cheerios wind up all over your vehicle floor or floating around at the bottom of your purse.

Munchkin Miracle 360 Trainer Cup

Ahh… the sippy cup. The right one will make or break whether or not you end up with spilled milk in the toyroom downstairs that you don’t find until it’s basically cheese. This one is awesome to avoid spills and teach them to drink from the side like you would with a normal cup!

Contigo Autospout Gizmo Flip Water Bottle

Hands down the best! I have used these water bottles religiously with both of my kids and they’re absolutely the best. These are great because they can carry you all the way into school years - throw a Loveable Label on there and you’re good to go! No mess, no spill, easy to transport, easy for the kids to carry (HAHA, yeah right) and they come in tons of fun colours and designs!

Oxo Tot Step Stool

A step stool is a must-have for toddlers! Whether it’s at the sink, or getting up to the potty- it’s a big world and they need a little help reaching! This one from Oxo is great because it has grips on the top for a non-slip surface, and the bottom is slip free as well so the stool won’t slide around while they’re stepping on it. It also has handles on the side making it easy to carry from spot to spot!

Folding Travel Potty Seat

Potty training babes is no joke. Anything to make this process easier was welcomed with open arms in our house! This folding travel potty seat was awesome on the go. It doesn’t take up a lot of room when it’s folded up, and when you unfold it, it makes a nice smaller seat to fit onto a toilet for your little one to sit on (so they don’t fall in! LOL)

Summer Tiny Diner Placemat

This can definitely come in handy at home but it’s especially useful on the go if you’re going out to eat with your kiddies! It’s a portable placemat you can set out on the table that can be easily cleaned up and folded, and you’ll know the surface your babe is eating off of is clean!
