ONE JACKET, STYLED THREE WAYS!

Okay ladies.  The truth about fashion is, you can have a lot of fun with it but it can also get pricey to try and keep up with the trends, right??  When I look for pieces to add to my closet, I look for things that are going to work more than once, and can be worn in several ways, so that it doesn't look like I'm wearing the same thing all the time... even though I am LOL.

I'm no fashion stylist, I've just had to get creative so that the pieces I buy will take me further than a one time wear.  I'm an average mom (on a budget), so instead of owning three jackets, I can just own one jacket, and find ways to wear it differently each time!  Have you had enough of my rambling about jackets yet!?  Me too.  Below, I've shown how I would style one jacket three different ways to show how you can make it work to create three different outfits!!

Here's the link for the jacket - lots of sizes & colour options available, and since it's from Old Navy- it's a super good price and ALWAYS on sale!

This is such a simple look! Honestly- it's a dress, jacket and pair of shoes.  That's it.  I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'm totally into classic looks with classic, multi-duty pieces.  I'm also a go-to hoops girl, all. day. long.

Perfect to dress up- or down.  This could easily be worn during the day as a casual look, and then swap out the flats for a pair of pumps and you're good to go out for the night (I wouldn't know because I now spend Friday nights wiping noses and folding laundry, but when and if the day comes again THIS IS WHAT I'LL BE WEARING).

When all else fails, STRIPES.  They're so classic, they're not going anywhere, and they act as a neutral so they're as easy to wear as your fav black or white tee.  Distressed denim gives me LIFE for a go-to weekend look, and you can't be mad at how in-style sneakers are right now.  PLEASE, for the sake of women everywhere, let sneakers be trendy forever!!!
