Happy Monday friends! If I'm being completely honest, I've had better Mondays then today - this mama had wayyyy too many adult beverages on Saturday night and I'm learning the hard way that hangovers really do last a lot longer as you get older LOL.

It was a busy weekend - my aunt is here from England and for the past few years in the summer when she's here, we do a girls trip to Yorkdale Mall in Toronto - it's always a super special treat because not only is it a really nice girls day but it's a couple hours away so it's not somewhere we go very often!

This perfect little outfit was great for a shopping day out with the girls!  It's cute but was also super comfortable to be in all day - especially since there was lots of walking and driving involved.  I also had Bree with me (lucky Jase got out of it and stayed home with daddy!) so I still had mama duties- which of course, as you know, you need to be comfortable for.

I felt super comfortable in this all day- and from recent previous posts, you know I'm having a moment with this bag!! Haha.  It was such a good (inexpensive) find from Aldo - here's the link - and it worked great for a shopping day because it also comes with a crossbody strap so you can wear it hands free.  Also it might look small, but I fit a full-size wallet, a phone (and my phone is huge), keys, a chapstick and lipstick in it with room to spare.  So for being a smaller bag, it packs a punch.

This shirt I absolutely love!  I love the colour and the sleeve detail is probably my favourite.  I think it could be easily dressed up as well.  I found it at Banana Republic - here's the link - and I'm wearing the large for reference!  My jeans are also Banana Republic and they are sooo comfortable (in case you couldn't tell, I wear them ALL the time).  Here's the link for the jeans (which I got the tall length in).  I love Banana Republic because they have great sales so often - you won't have to wait long for a sale to get those items 40% off!

These shoes ended up being awesome for the amount of walking we did - they'd be super fitting for anywhere you were going with your kids or anything because they're cute and trendy but also comfortable and appropriate!  I got these specific ones a couple of years ago, but this platform style really hasn't gone anywhere so there are lots of different options available.

Here are a couple options, both from Steve Madden, that are similar in style - I actually own the black ones as well, they're super comfortable (but be mindful, a little bit narrow!)
