Sooooo today (AUGUST 28th) marked the day that Starbucks came out with their Pumpkin Spice Latte again.  I know that there are tons of people jumping right on that wagon and are pumped to do so (seriously, I heard on the radio this morning there are closed Facebook groups dedicated to stuff like this, on top of year round cozy scarf-wearing), but I'm definitely not one of them.  Also I hate pumpkin spice lattes .. CUE GASP!  Although fun fact, when I was younger I was the "PumpQueen" at the fair and got to ride in the parade for being the girl who grew the biggest pumpkin.

Ahem.  Moving on.

The point is, I'm soaking up every last minute of summer and wanted to share a recipe I found for suchhhh a fresh and delicious smoothie.  The only reason I'm looking ahead to fall is because I'm planning the attack on my summer waistline and this smoothie is definitely going to stay in the rotation for as long as I can keep it there!

This amazing Peach Strawberry Smoothie recipe is sure to keep those summer vibes for at least a little longer.  I found it on Pinterest, tried it, loved it, and had to share!

Here's the link for the original!

This amazing smoothie is super fresh and yummy, of course SUPER easy, and filling too!! Here's the recipe!

1 Banana

1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

2 cups Strawberries, fresh or frozen

1-2 Peaches (the original recipe calls for four, I only usually use one!)

1 cup Water

I also add ice, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, some vanilla greek yogurt, and unsweetened almond milk!

Throw everything in a blender, magic bullet, whatever you have!

Voila! Enjoy the rest of your summer before it's back to school and the drink of choice will definitely have a little "mom juice" in it instead!!!
